What is Sexual Assault Prevention for Graduates (SAPG)?

Sexual Assault Prevention for Graduates is an online educational program that we ask all incoming graduate students to complete. Through interactive and personalized course content, the program will address sexual assault and empower you to make well-informed decisions about issues that affect your years at UT Austin and beyond. The university is committed to maintaining a learning environment that is free from discriminatory conduct--including protections from sexual harassment and sexual violence. The university has policies prohibiting discriminatory conduct and provides training to all new graduate students. This training is to make sure every student knows what to do if he/she encounters a situation involving sexual harassment or sexual violence, either personally or as a bystander.
