This Spring, the Office of Career and Life Design is spotlighting the importance of clear and effective communication to convey the value and impact of your research. Learn from guest experts who will share insights on honing effective and creative research communication skills. Then, apply what you’ve learned in real time by participating in the third annual Empower Your (Research) Pitch contest!

During this interactive session with University Writing Center, attendees will learn best practices for scripting a pithy, engaging, and effective 3-minute pitch. Whatever stage of scripting you are at, whether it's a first draft or rough outline, will benefit from the tips and collaborative input offered.
