Blended Learning Series, Part Two: Building Learning Communities with Technology

How do we effective integrate learning technologies into our teaching practices and help students succeed?  The three workshops in this series will introduce participants to the foundational concepts of blended learning and showcase several strategies for designing courses and assignments.

Create or curate? In this session, we will then discuss how to choose appropriate types of content delivery for building learning communities with a focus on adopting effective practices of discussion and engagement online. In addition, considering the blended format, we will learn techniques for integrating facetoface and online work, and discuss these techniques through the lens of your own course.
